Please follow Steps 1 through 5
1. Please pick the appropriate link below(this link will open an additional browser window):

2. After accessing the appropriate URL above, in the new browser window, please follow the steps below to identify your unique Location (URL) ID.
On the Main Menu Click on Edit
Click on Find (on this page)   (the box in Figure 1 will open)
Enter the first four characters of your Library in the box
Click on Find Next

The cursor will move down and highlight the section corresponding to your Library

* Please note you may have to click Find Next several times to cycle through Libraries with similar names

Once the cursor has highlighted the desired text (your School) you will need to take note of the bolded text across from the Location (URL) ID in Figure 2. This Location (URL) ID is the information needed to lookup your statistics, please write down the ID or copy the ID (highlight and ctrl-c).

3. Now you have your Location ID click on the Reports link located in the blue frame to the left (Second link from the bottom) in Figure 3.

4. Once the Report web page appears in your browser you can repeat Step 1. but this time enter in your Location ID.
On the Main Menu Click on Edit
Click on Find (on this page) The box will appear like (Figure 4.)
Enter your Location ID - the cursor will move down the page and highlight the section corresponding to your Library.  (Figure 5.)

5. Now you have your choice of retrieval options.  See Figure 5.
View now = view current usage in a web page format
E-mail = enter an email address and the statistics will be delivered via email.
Enter your date range, report type and email address. We recommend you keep the defaults for the other options.
Sign Up for Monthly = Provide us with your email address and once a month we will send an email describing your usage for that month.
